Stan Hiring for Creative producer & Editor at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Are you ready to develop and lead creative executions across large-scale campaigns, that will be seen across the country by millions of people, all year round?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Producer & Editor to work on creative campaigns, AV shoots and edits, production management and copywriting, for the Entertainment and Sport categories at Stan, whilst balancing stakeholder management and creative executions across multiple teams.

We’re looking for someone who can be high-level and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns across TV, digital, social and radio. You will be responsible for producing and editing videos, AV shoots, voice over sessions and sound mixing; thinking Digital first, to create best in class content.

This role will see you work across all marketing functions and the broader marketing team including Brand, Creative, PR, Social, CRM, Media and Digital, to deliver on campaign objectives and strategy.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You will pride yourself on delivering creative that drives awareness, engagement and conversion to Stan by:

• Developing and implementing creative from ideation through to execution.
• Thinking digital first, lead and build out bespoke AV creative by sourcing, cutting, editing and producing creative campaigns that deliver across a wide range of media including TV, performance, social, radio and more
• Leading and briefing motion graphics, sound mixes and voice over sessions
• Proactively keep on top of news, announcements and broader industry updates, to ensure Stan continue to be at the forefront of marketing and can deliver best in class campaigns for each sport, code and team
• Developing new creative concepts to pitch into the business
• Own campaigns from start to finish, producing materials for campaign launches, weekly social content and daily activity as required

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

A strong team player, with project management skills and the ability to perform in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment and under very short timelines, with:

• 8+ years’ experience in producing and editing creative content, within the entertainment / SVOD industry
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro & Creative Suite
• Proven experience leading AV and still shoots, including all elements pre to post production
• High level understanding of motion graphics, voice over and sound mixing
• Extensive experience owning and executing large-scale, TTL marketing campaigns, to deliver on required results
• Eyes on the latest design trends, technology advancements and connected experiences
• Ability to travel as required
