Stan Hiring for Content Operations Assistant at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who is passionate about content, to join our Content Operations team. You will have shared responsibility for the delivery, transcoding and quality assurance of all video, images and metadata on platform, ensuring a flawless viewing experience for Stan subscribers.

This is a casual position, with shifts on a rotating roster.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Oversee quality assurance of all delivered video content, ensuring it meets Stan broadcast specifications and is consistent across multiple platforms
• Process video material and other deliverables to ensure publish deadlines are met
• Work to tight deadlines to ensure fast-tracked TV series are processed in time for global broadcasts
• Ensure content classification, episodes and movie metadata and all images are accurate and compliant with studio contracts
• Sync closed captions with video files to ensure a seamless viewing experience for Stan subscribers
• Assisting with live sport operations when required

WHAT YOU NEED

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage and complete high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience and/or qualifications in film production is advantageous
