Recruiter – New England Baptist Hospital – 40 hours/week. Coordinates recruitment and employee relations activities for assigned departments within the hospital. Recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates that best suit job vacancies. Communicates effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinates the completion and collection of all required employment documentation.
