Full Job Description
Patient Service Representative / Coordinator – 40 hours/week, M-F DAYS for 13 weeks
Located in our Spine Center, New England Baptist Hospital
Healthcare and EPIC experience helpful but not required;
customer service required;
pre-registration and registration of patients
Responsible for ensuring that the patient experience in accessing healthcare at LHMC is efficient and welcoming, and that patient confidentiality is respected and patient safety is preserved.
Ensures that all proper patient financial and demographic information is obtained and processed so LHMC is fully reimbursed for clinical services provided.
