What’s the job:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager of Stallion Express, this role will be responsible for managing accounts, onboarding new clients, and maintaining the highest standards when it comes to client service.
Responsibilities:
Manage current and new client accounts for Stallion Express.
Responsible for handling all calls and email inquiries from Quebec clients.
Conduct regular check-ins with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction.
Assist clients with shipping and system-related issues and escalations.
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to onboard new clients.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients.
Skill Set:
Entry-level customer service experience
Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal knowledge in French and English.
Experience in E-Commerce marketing or the logistics industry would be an asset!
Self-driven, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
