ing to the CEO, as the Head of Projects you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of all projects from conception to completion. You will lead a talented team of Project Managers & Project Coordinators whilst collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that exceed client expectations with a varied and exciting range of work from music festivals, television, film, exhibition, sporting events and much more.

Key Responsibilities 

• Proactive leadership of the project management team
• Oversee project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
• Collaborate with the HR department for talent acquisition and team development.
• Mentor and develop project management talent
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to specifications & budgets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Champion innovation and excellence in project delivery

Essential Skills and Characteristics 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management within Events, Fabrication, Construction or other relevant industry
• Recognised qualification in project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Takes full ownership
• A passion for creativity, good design and thinking outside the box
