This is a 6-month (extensions possible), 40 hr per week role working (Remote).
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, or software documentation. Works with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and training sessions. Follows up to determine the applicability of course material. Coordinate and consult with onboarding coordinators. Coordinate with IT and provide assistance in setting up new employees into online onboarding programs. Develop and maintain an online training schedule and other calendar events for the new employee onboarding program. Work with internal staff to implement remote and on-site training classes, including managing enrollments, program expectations, electronic communications, and classroom setup/breakdown (if applicable)
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in supporting and coordinating training teams. Must be Proficient with MS Office and web-based applications. Strong project management skills; organized and detailed oriented. Bachelor’s degree
