Stage 2 Security (S2) is currently seeking a Recruiting Manager for remote (telework) from any location in the US. This position may be fulltime, part-time, contract, or 1099. The ideal candidate will manage and execute hire plan and recruiting tasks in a high growth cyber security company. This position may allow the ideal candidate to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
Manage entire recruiting process lifecycle, including managing advertising, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and tracking all recruiting activities up to onboarding new employees.
Specialize in hiring technical cybersecurity talent.
Engage with business leadership in addressing recruitment challenges, developing, and prioritizing recruiting and sourcing and key recruiting initiatives.
Resource forecasting and hire planning to utilize demand forecasts and business forecasts to create a supporting supply plan to meet that demand.
Build and develop a full team over time to support recruiting.
Plan and deliver training, coaching, and mentoring are required to ensure that recruiting teams possess the capability and confidence to perform to the highest level.
Direct facilitate annual performance management and rewards activities for the business.
Direct and facility monthly, quarterly, and annual goal setting for employees.
Develop and support business wide engagement programs working to understand/sustain/improve employee engagement and maximize retention.
Develop and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to optimize employee engagement and work experience.
Coach line managers and career counselors, enabling them to develop and guide employees and become more effective in handling people matters.
Offer knowledge and guidance when rolling out policies and processes and communicating policy changes.
Focuses on achieving organization goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation
Bachelor’s Degree 4 years of progressive recruiting experience
Deep insight on market trends, best practices, legal developments, and technology regarding human resources and recruiting.
Experience recruiting technical talent.
Experience partnering with executives to establish and drive a recruiting agenda.
Demonstrated supervisory responsibilities and team leadership in professional setting.
Experience interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
Recognizes and highlights potential issues and barriers during assignments.
Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships, and develop networks as appropriate.
Able to help analyze complex problems and provide input into solutions.
Proficiency with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
Program management skills

Excellent communication skills
