Staffmark, one of the top ten commercial staffing companies in the United States, has an exciting part time opportunity for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Accounting/QuickBooks in Nicholasville, KY.
Responsibilities include performing light accounting duties, such as entering information into spreadsheets and into QuickBooks. May perform other light office duties, such as answering phones or preparing documents. Hours can be flexible to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience working with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should also be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Candidates should also have 1 to 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a four year degree in Accounting.
Working Hours: Part-time, day shift, between 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday). Will work between 20 and 40 hours per week.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience of QuickBooks experience in a manufacturing environment
- Collections experience required
