Staffmark is hiring for a Logistics Coordinator in Tipp City, OH, where you will be working for a company specializing in the repair, restoration, sales, and services of slot gaming machines.

Hours : 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

Pay : Minimum $20 per hour (Negotiated based on experience.)

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the end-to-end logistics process, including setting up shipping labels, coordinating Less Than Truckload shipments, overseeing trucking operations, and managing international containers for both imports and exports.

Essential Duties :

• Generate and coordinate small shipping labels for domestic shipments and ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule Less Thak Truckload shipments and collaborate with carriers to optimize shipping routes and minimize cost.
• Oversee trucking operations, including coordinating pickups and deliveries, and communicating effectively with truck drivers to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Manage the logistics of international containers for both imports and exports and ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with custom brokers to facilitate the smooth import and export of goods and stay informed about international shipping regulations and trade compliance.
• Participate in training programs provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation and processes and conduct thorough quality checks on shipping labels and related documents.
• Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in logistics or related field. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Strong organizational, multitasking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, ability to multitask and prioritize, be computer proficient, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
