Pay : $25 per hour

1st Shift Hours : 8 am – 4 : 30 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions :

• Assist in the end-to-end logistics process, from order placement to delivery, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant data in the company’s database or logistics management system.
• Prepare and analyze s on logistics activities, such as transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and track shipments to proactively address any issues or delays and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify logistics bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline processes and improve overall logistics performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management and make recommendations for process improvements accordingly.

To qualify as a Logistics Administrator, you need a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and proven experience in logistics coordination or administration.

You should have a solid understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.

Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
