Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Processes daily business transactions such as funds received and disbursed.
• Processes new customer accounts and monitors status of existing customer accounts.
• Maintains credit history and related files.
• Balances and reconciles accounts as required.
• Identifies and corrects errors.
• Resolves discrepancies.
• Prepares general journal entries.
• Processes daily business transactions such as shipments to customers and receipts from vendors.
• Processes new customer accounts and monitors status of existing customer accounts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired through:

• Completion of an Associate’s degree from two-year college or university,
• Six months to three years related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
