Hours : Mid-shift starting at either 10 am or 11 am

Pay : $20 per hour

As a Logistics Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Maintaining regular communication with clients via email and verbally
• Managing inbound freight in the Warehouse Management system
• Processing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inputting dimensional and weight data into the Warehouse Management system
• Updating rates and rate changes
• Monitoring shipments and tracking progress

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or Shipping & Receiving roles at a Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Distribution company
• Familiarity with supply chain management best practices
• Strong research and analysis skills
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in data entry with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with Warehouse Management systems such as SAP, C2C, Citrix
