Our client, in the Finance / Wealth Management Industry, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Key Duties:
· Assist with forms and paperwork related to client accounts and transactions
· Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
· Manage Financial Advisor’s calendar, appointments and meetings
· Interact with clients directly to set up accounts, and for regular account maintenance
· Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Organization
· Collaborative personality with excellent Customer Service skills
· Professionalism in dealing with clients
· Experience in the Finance / Wealth management industry is an asset
The Offer:
· $40-45K
· Benefits after 3 months
· Vacation
This position will be based in the office, to start, with a potential to move to Hybrid after training.
