Full Job Description

Job Description: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
  • Issue quotes for spare parts
  • End-to-end order management for spare parts:
  • Order entry,
  • Order confirmations,
  • Invoices & credit notes

Logistics coordination for spare parts:
  • Freight quote requests from forwarders,
  • Shipping documents (CI&DN),
  • HTS numbers, compliance forms
  • Shipment tracking

Purchasing:
  • Placing orders with internal vendors for spare parts,
  • Order confirmations: requests, entries, price check, filing,
  • Inventory for spare parts

Bookkeeping:
  • Entering invoices SAGE, ( Sage is a plus)
  • Sales Taxes (e. g. MN/CA/WA), AR (Aged Receivables) List and Do not Ship List,
  • Deposit checks

Office Administration:
  • Ordering supplies, correspondence, answer phone calls, assigned projects, Christmas mailing
