We are looking for a Training Coordinator to lead employee development initiatives for a leading manufacturing company in Navasota, TX. The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities involved in developing, designing, and directing a skills based training program.
Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator:
- Research, assess, and recommend training program options.
- Identify and acquire training materials and equipment for employee trainings.
- Provide on the job training and employee evaluations.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the training program including developing budgets, preparing schedules, and internal audits on the program.
Requirements of the Training Coordinator:
- Must have a bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 8 to 10 years experience in maintenance preferred.
- Must be able to work in loud environments wit exposure to varying temperatures.
- Must be proficient with operating various equipment and computer programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
