4 Bridges Audiology is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join their growing team in Chattanooga, TN.
As the first point of contact, the Front Office Coordinato rs responsibilities include managing appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
In this role, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain appointment schedules accurately in the system.
Patient Intake and Records : Gather patient information, including medical history, insurance details, and personal demographics.
Ensure all patient records are complete, accurate, and comply with relevant privacy regulations.
Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing patient files.
Maintain office and clinical supplies inventory.
