We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Events Specialist who will plan recruiting events for the company. Candidate will coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure events occur properly, that candidates information is retained and able to be reviewed by business leaders, that events are laid out and foot traffic is planned properly, etc.

Typical duties may include maintaining promotional materials (Bag stuffers, marketing materials, Event Swag), updating staff on current events, promotions, etc., prepare for events by composing/editing promotional and informational materials such as e-blasts, brochures, advertisements, etc., ensure that adequate staffing for events and schedules are set-up as well as technical, stage and other crews are set for event as well as proper break down crews. May need to coordinate catering needs, preparing conference rooms, seminars, and/or meeting materials.
