Staffing Connection Inc Hiring for Recruiter – Healthcare at Plymouth, MA Full Time

This is a HYBRID position, working onsite 3X per week (required). This is a 3 month assignment with potential to be extended. Since you will be working in a hospital setting, you will need to be up to date on all immunizations (Covid shot and booster, Flu shot, Measles, Mumps, Ruebella, Varicella, Hep B and TB). If you do not have these immunizations, you must obtain these prior to start date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years recruitment experience, healthcare preferred
• Effective utilization of a variety of assessment skills including pre-employment assessments, resume review, behavioral interviewing, and reference screening. Proven ability to appropriately assess and maintain discretion in confidential situations.
• Microsoft Office applications experience required.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Drives the recruiter process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and advising tin the selection of final candidates.
• Participates in the negotiation of offers
• Partners with other HR groups needed to resolve candidate issues (compensation, background checks, assessments, employee relations)
• Actively ensures the quality and effectiveness of staffing activities for designated client areas.
