Staffind LLC is a staffing company looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in staffing, and managing relationships with clients and owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Identify businesses that have a shortage of employees that we can staff. Develop a concrete strategy for prospecting.
• Client Acqusition: Implement effective strategies to attract new clients. Create proposals for prospective clients, manage the negotiation process, and close contracts for staffing.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and owners of Staffind LLC.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals. Share market insights and client feedback with the team to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, coachable, and strong character
• 5+ Years of experience in staffing, sales, or a related role is highly desirable
• Disciplined work ethic, and ability to thrive in a commission based role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Well networked for staffing opportunities
• Eager to grow with Staffind LLC

Note: This is a 100% commission based role and completely remote for United States residents.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 – $396,000.00 per year
