StaffEase LLC – Direct Hiring for Staffing Recruiter – Full Time Full Time

Our agency, StaffEase LLC is looking for multiple full-time recruiters for our Lacey, WA office. We are not your average staffing agency, we are changing up the staffing industry by putting people first, leading with kindness, and being creative.

You do not have to have recruiting experience we are willing to train the right person!

What you will be doing:

• Calling applicants, conducting phone screens
• Conducting in-person interviews
• Following up with candidates, setting them up for work, serving as their point of contact when on job assignement
• Completing admin tasks: onboarding, entering all notes properly into ATS platform
• Being a positive team player, have a sense of urgency and being creative!
• Have a sales and numbers-oriented mindset, energy and come to work each day ready to make it happen!
• Conducting weekly sales calls to potential clients, sending mail and networking in the community

Schedule:

• Mon-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Training Provided:

• Our recruiters will go through a 60 day training program; after there will be a pay evaluation and

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
