Job Description

• The Research Data Analyst is responsible for developing and managing data-driven research projects. This includes collecting and analyzing data, creating visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Qualtrics, SQL, and BI tools. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including surveys, HRIS, and other data systems.
• Develop and execute data-driven research projects.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are incorporated into decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools and technologies.

Years of experience: 10 + years

Degree: Master’s degree in a related field, such as business intelligence, statistics, or marketing. Or equivalent work experience.

Top 3 tech skills: Strong understanding of Qualtrics, SQL, and BI tools

Top 3 soft skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Top 3 must-haves, ranked by importance

1. experience with research applications (Qualtrics)

2. understand data analytics – SQL, python, R

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
