A local company whose business is portable restrooms rental and service primarily for the construction industry is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the Lake Wales, FL area. You will be responsible for assisting with various duties such as collecting payments, filing paperwork, answering phones, and responding to emails.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments
• Greet customers as they enter the building
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage the company email and customer’s orders
• Collect payments
• Assist with filing paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write and speak English required
• Bilingual preferred
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to Multitask; Well organized
• Positive attitude and energetic
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication
• Self-starter and motivated to learn and grow

What You Can Expect

• $14/hour starting pay rate
• Regular schedule of Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, and Friday, 7:30am – 2:00pm
• 7 paid holidays
• Birthday and Christmas bonuses
• 1 week vacation after 1 year of continuous employment
• 2 weeks vacation after 2 years of continuous employment
