SUMMARY
Results-oriented Talent/Staffing/Resource professional with demonstrated success in talent acquisition, strategic planning, and relationship building across all levels of the organization. Able to create strong partnerships with internal clients and candidates to successfully meet/exceed staffing goals. The selected individual must have the ability to manage multiple initiatives outside of staffing such has employee relations, payroll, and operations.
Responsibilities:
· Drive inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies by building a candidate pipeline and hiring qualified individuals.
· Maintain job/candidate flow on all physical and online employment boards.
· Support the hiring teams in making transparent hiring decisions that result in the growth of diverse and sustainable workforce.
· Process all new hire onboarding paperwork and offboarding paperwork.
· Assess hiring priorities and ensuring alignment with the leadership team.
· Create and update talent related reports.
· Partner with leadership to maintain data integrity to all systems and provide accurate reports (Paychex, Wise).
· Work with management and employees to resolve HR related issues.
· Proactively partner with field operations to gain a strong understanding of the “pulse” of the organization.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years’ experience in a corporate and/or agency function with a focus on operations, F&A and technology.
· Strong track record with identifying qualified and hiring individuals.
· Proven track record of understanding the current job market, running grass-roots recruitment marketing campaigns, and influencing management decision-making.
· Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to address business needs.
· Solution oriented mindset – work to overcome obstacles or roadblocks, always working to resolve in a positive manner.
· Ability to work with ambiguity.
· Bachelor’s degree.
