STACKLAB | Operational Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator
Stacklab is a multidisciplinary design studio located in Toronto, Canada servicing the international market.
Our core focus is on product innovation that blends design, tech and circular manufacturing. In this vein, we recently launched STACKABL OBJECTS INC – a scalable online platform that enables design patrons to configure furnishings (and soon, lighting) out of locally sourced remnant materials.
The role of the Operational Systems Coordinator is multi-faceted and is led in conjunction with the Operations Manager. This job supports operational staff on the production and delivery on our core collections and the operational aspects of design for products in development.
The Operational Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator supports the Operations team in efforts to optimize and improve our products and systems and plays a role in increasing company profitability by identifying efficiencies and improvements in our systems of production, transport and installation locally, nationally and globally.
The OLCSC role controls and oversees logistics to ensure products are properly packaged to specification and shipped to purchasing clients. The OLCSC will also be responsible for notifying purchasing clients of the status of their orders and providing the highest level of customer service.
The OSC must be dedicated to excellence with an intermediate level of experience, capable of delivering the highest quality of work in a disciplined and efficient manner. Through experience, they are able to identify the simplest path to quality and efficiency in all aspects of their work. They self-identify as leaders and are inherently resourceful and self-driven.

– 2+ years of combined professional experience industrial design and fabrication / manufacturing
Base salary range $25-$35k plus potential performance based bonuses / profit sharing. This is a part-time position in Toronto, Canada.
