About the Role:
The HR Administrator is responsible for first line support to internal and external customers in all facets of the attraction, on-boarding and retention process including, contracts, administration and general HR queries.
Duties:
- Provide accurate and relevant administrative assistance to employees and managers within the organisation
- Administration of contracts of employment and employee amendments
- Carry out contract requests for new employees and the associated new starter paperwork packs
- Create and maintain employee files
- Maintain associated databases and enter new starter and employment contract information in Workday
- Provide relief for the HR Reception as required and directed
Classifications for this position will range from HS2 – HS20

The Human Resources Department provides all facets of Generalist HR Services including Employee and Industrial Relations, Attraction, Recruitment and Selection and HR Consultancy. To support these functions, the Department consists of teams which include Senior HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Recruitment Team and HR Transactions Team.
