ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

This rewarding opportunity will see you join St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as an Administration Officer in our Human Resources Department.

This will be a part time position, with a requirement to work three days a week. You will bring your passion to the role where you will join a high performing team where you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services and recruitment support. This is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate or experienced administration professional looking to move into Human Resources.

ABOUT YOU:

Your qualifications, skills and experience will include:

• Advanced computer skills and high level of competency in word processing, excel and database management
• Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members
• Ability to work flexible hours essential
• Appropriate problem solving/analytical abilities
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process HR transactions and recruitment through the HRIS system Workday
• Follow on boarding processes for new employees
• Assist with Kronos timecard maintenance
• Respond to enquiries from customers, patients, visitors and staff in an efficient, courteous and polite manner
