This rewarding opportunity will see you join St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as an Administration Officer in our Human Resources Department.
This will be a part time position, with a requirement to work three days a week. You will bring your passion to the role where you will join a high performing team where you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative services and recruitment support. This is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate or experienced administration professional looking to move into Human Resources.

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 189-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

SVPHT has a duty of care under work health and safety legislation to eliminate and/or control the risk of transmission of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) in healthcare settings. You are therefore required to comply with the SVHA Staff Health Screening Immunisation Policy and how it is applied at SVPHT. Therefore employment with St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is subject to you providing evidence of vaccinations and/or immunity to all vaccine preventable diseases. Appointment and ongoing employment will be subject to continued compliance with this policy and directive. You will be required to ensure that you remain compliant with mandatory immunisations/vaccinations (including flu vaccinations).
