Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited College or University (required)

• Ability to provide a structured, orderly, safe, and respectful environment for students
• Experience working with diverse learners

Responsibilities

• Aligning curricular standards with state guidelines and Common Core
• Monitoring student progress through standards-based assessments
• Analyzing student data
• Differentiating instruction
• Hosting Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences two times per year and communicating regularly with families about academic and social issues
• Building and maintaining strong school culture centered on achievement and Catholic and Dominican ideals
• Implementing common academic and behavioral procedures to ensure a structured, respectful, and achievement-oriented school
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of the school mission
• Participating in faculty meetings and professional development sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
