This is a great opportunity for an energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition leader to support our organisation to achieve its strategic objectives and build a sustainable workforce for the future.

About this role:

In this role you will utilize your talent acquisition expertise to collaborate closely with various stakeholders to create innovative strategies to build a sustainable workforce (which is made up of employees, volunteers and members) through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of talent, to enable our organisation to achieve our strategic objectives.

This diverse role will see you leading, engaging, and motivating the recruitment and compliance team to drive process improvement and implement a range of recruitment campaigns to strengthen the SVDPV employment brand.

About You:

You’ll be driven and show genuine passion for building capability within your team. In addition, you have:

• Professional experience in a similar recruitment position (ideally from both agency and in-house environments.)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Experience leading a team to create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organisation achieve its objectives.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of attraction strategies
• A passion and high level of skill for all things recruitment related and a genuine interest in marketing and social media.
• High level of computer literacy, including a sophisticated use of HR technology systems
• An ability to look for solutions to meet business needs that inform process change and the development of initiatives
• Demonstrated capacity to source relevant organizational information to understand future business needs and preempt potential project risks, issues and challenges.
• An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, marketing or an associated business discipline.
