We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, managing paid ads campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing our online presence, and contributing to overall digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in EDM marketing, social paid ads, content creation, SEO, and possess a broad understanding of digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Create and schedule engaging content, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.

Monitor social media trends, engagement, and industry insights.

Plan, execute, and monitor paid ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Create compelling content for social media, blogs, emails, and websites.

Optimize website content for search engine visibility.

Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics.

Assist in email marketing initiatives, including EDM creation and segmentation.

Contribute to the development of marketing collateral.

Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

RequirementsBachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media & Marketing Executive or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising tools, and content management systems.

Strong understanding of EDM marketing, social media strategies, content creation, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.

Proficiency in analytics and ing tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools is a plus.
