Requirements

• Assist in month-end closing process, and reconciling general ledger
• Reconcile the GST and PAYG withholding account and assist in monthly/quarterly BAS lodgement
• Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and income tax return for multiple entities
• Assist with taxable payment annual report (TPAR)
• Maintenance of FBT log book and annual return
• Assist annual audit process, and prepare the supporting evidence
• Maintenance of fix asset register
• Management and analysis of insurances
• Property management & accounts receivable (Commercial & Residential)
• Ad-hoc admin tasks – travel arrangement, meeting arrangement etc

• Has shown outstanding academic performance
• Doesn’t know everything, but can quickly learn and apply new knowledge
• Currently studying Business or Accounting
• High attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytic skills
• Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skill
