St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Miami Shores, Florida is accepting applications for a qualified Kindergarten teacher to begin in August 2023. Teachers are expected to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program. Our teachers perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:

• BS / BA Degree in Education.
• Must be eligible for a Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education. Temporary or Professional certification in K-6th grade preferred.
• Excellent classroom management.
• Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills with skill in use of instructional technologies.
• Must have knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
• Excellent oral and written English -language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Good spelling and grammar required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
• Must have a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
