St Philip’s Christian College Hiring for Primary Teacher Job at Australia Full Time

St Philip’s Christian College Cessnock with one kilometre of frontage on Wine Country Drive Nulkaba is situated in the heart of the Hunter. The College occupies the northern end of Lomas Sustainability Park which has 103 acres. The College is Prep to Year 12 and has over 1,000 students enrolled. The College has experienced rapid growth over the past few years and will continue to expand to 1,200 students.

We are currently looking to employ an enthusiastic and innovative Primary Teacher.

For all teaching positions the successful applicant should:

• Be committed Christians who are also committed to the principles of Christian education
• Be competent with 21st century approaches to teaching and learning
• Be prepared to work in a collaborative team approach
• Be able to develop, implement and evaluate innovative programs
• Have an excellent working knowledge of NESA curriculum requirements, and the NSW Institute of Teachers Standards
• Have a proven record of successful teaching — particularly in the areas of classroom management and differentiated activities
• Have excellent inter-personal skills
• Be confident in being able to connect with students, staff, parents and the surrounding community
• Applicants should also demonstrate that they have additional specialised understanding, experience and personal attributes which are specific to that position.
