St Paul’s Way Trust School, supported by Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint an exceptionally well-qualified and talented Student Achievement Co-ordinator .
The main purpose of this role is:
to track attendance and punctuality across the year group providing students & parents support where needed
To support the implementation of the school’s centralised behaviour policy to secure outstanding behaviour for learning including stepped consequences and positive recognition
To support student wellbeing across the cohort
To plan early intervention to ensure all students in the year group make outstanding progress
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure students receive effective support
To build positive and effective relationships with parents
To provide administration support to the Year Team Leader
