St Mungo’s Hiring for HR Shared Services Manager at London Full Time

The St Mungo’s HR Shared Services team are helping steer the organisation through a significant period of growth and change. Responsible for all pre-employment, contractual administration, payroll processing and first line advice for HR related queries, including absence management and policy advice, your role as HR Shared Services Manager will be to lead and support the team to deliver an excellent service.
In this role you will;

• Be the organisational systems lead for the HR database (Cascade), taking ownership of developing and improving the system to make sure it grows with the organisation.
• Use your strong data skills and keen attention to detail to work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and come up with creative solutions.
• You will be leading on strategic projects across the organisation and involving the Shared Services Team on the delivery and roll out of projects.
• Use your project management skills and ‘can do’ attitude to make a real contribution to the overall work of St. Mungo’s.
• Work with senior and operational stakeholders as well as the wider HR team including HR Partners and the Employee Relations Team.
• You will be someone who enjoys leading a team and developing people.
