Salary range: £41,259 – £47,213
JOB SUMMARY
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring innovator to come and work with the team at St Leonards Hospice. We are an enthusiastic Hospice workforce with creative ideas and drive committed to improving the standards of the quality of care for the people we serve. This will be done through education and development of the people who work for us as well as working in partnership with the local health and care system.
We have an ambition to develop an education strategy both inside and outside the Hospice that sees us as a lead provider of Palliative Care Education. In return we continue to get the very best out of our people and support them in their career aspirations and development relevant to Palliative and End of Life Care.
This role is crucial in realising this ambition and ensuring that our people receive tailored education and development from experts in the field as well as insight into their own personal development.
There is an expectation that you role model the Hospice values at all times and are credible to both clinical services, wider Hospice services and patients and families.
We are looking for someone who is confident and experienced in delivering, coordinating and maintaining standards of education, working with partners and ensuring that we are compliant with all Hospice educational requirements.
