St John Ambulance Cymru is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our busy Finance team.
The role is flexible with some homeworking however you will be expected to come into our offices in Cardiff as and when required. Training for the role will be carried out in the office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail, a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
You will be part of a friendly finance and administration team that works at the heart of our charity, assisting and offering financial support to the volunteer teams in the local communities and counties as well as our headquarters.
You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills providing financial information and assisting with queries from volunteers, colleagues and commercial suppliers.
You would ideally have knowledge of basic financial procedures, policies and accounting code structures, preferably with experience in credit control and banking requirements, and be able to demonstrate the range of skills and abilities essential to assist the team in effective financial administration and management reporting.
