To rotate through placements within the finance directorate sections of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashiers, financial accounts, costing and pricing, and management accounts and at each placement, to support the delivery of that section’s workload.

To learn the functions of the Finance division and how they support and promote the delivery of Outstanding care every time, based on the trust values.

To complete the Apprenticeship levels 3 or 4 and successfully achieves the Association of Accounting Technicians qualification over 18 months, in conjunction with gaining practical experience across all areas of finance. To take an active interest in further career and personal development.
