Our ER Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced and forward thinking professional to join us at this exciting time to provide a high standard ER Service. You will manage your own portfolio of highly complex case, including Medical & Dental (MHPS), ensuring there is robust and timely support and intervention from HR on a range of operational issues, development & review of policies, change programmes and strategic service initiatives.

The successful candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of how this post contributes to the achievement of the Trust’s strategy of: Delivering Outstanding Care, Every Time.
You will work to develop and embed new approaches to managing HR related people issues that are resolution focused and reflect the Trust values.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a large Acute Trust in London that is also part of a progressive ICS, leading on system working.
To be successful, you would need to demonstrate the capability to work at an ER manager level, with a competent and coaching leadership style, with a focus on ensuring effective management of all employee relations casework, working in partnership with staff side representatives, Workforce colleagues and managers to establish effective people management initiatives that will support the Trust in the application of HR policies and practices.
