OUR OPPORTUNITY:
Currently, we have a Corporate Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable reporting to our Chief Financial Officer and providing expertise and guidance throughout our Minnesota based Care Centers employing 2,100 dedicated employees.

The Leadership contribution is threefold: 1) provide technical expertise and guidance at both the corporate and Care Center locations, 2) provide support, collaboration, mentoring, and professional development to our Team of Accounts Receivable professionals, 3) actively collaborate with the Corporate Controllers.

Experience leading Teams, goal setting, talent acquisition, performance management and day to day problem solving and resourcefulness.

Industry experience: 5+ years in a healthcare organization preferred but not required.
Educational requirement: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a major in Accounting from an accredited college or University.
