Job Summary: Responsible for the sale of ST Engineering Aethon products to a healthcare market vertical in defined territory. Duties involve direct one to one communication with customer or prospect. Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products and services offered, and consulting with customers and prospects to help define solutions. Develops and presents capabilities to customers and prospects utilizing persuasive sales techniques. Comfortable learning and explaining technical details. Knowledge of logistics and workflow solutions. Develops new business through cold calling.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Demonstrates products and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services.
• Answers all questions concerning products or services and refers questions as necessary.
• Coordinates company product support (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer’s needs.
• Closes transactions and negotiate contracts.
• Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management.
• Sells to new and present clients.
• Sell ST Engineering Aethon capabilities, products and services to achieve annual quota
• Maintain accurate ing for potential and current opportunities
• Promote ST Engineering Aethon by participating in marketing events such as trade shows as requested
• Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and overcoming obstacles
• Work with implementation staff regarding all implementation steps and follow up with clients during and after implementation
• Prospecting for new business
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Special Considerations

• Proper home office set-up and operation
• Ability to travel up to 50% or more
• Ability to work independently of supervision
• 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years sales experience in high end technical sales or consultative sales
• High level of oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present cost benefit and capabilities to C-Suite level.
• Experience with cold calling to generate new business
• Convey a consultant attitude / position / demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM
