You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapy Supervisor like you to be a part of our team.
As the Supervisory for Respiratory Care, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the department. You will orient, evaluate, and document competency of personnel. You will establish, maintain, and revise departmental policies and procedures to include departmental programs, quality control, performance improvement, and safety. You will maintain departmental expenses and productivity as budgeted. You will oversee respiratory care as delivered by the Respiratory Therapy department.

St.David’s North Austin Medical Center is a multi-specialty hospital in Texas withmore than 360 beds. The facility is home to St. David’s Children’s Hospital, St. David’s Women’sCenter of Texas featuring a Level III NICU, a Kidney Transplant Center, and the Texas Institute for Robotic Surgery. Additional servicesoffered at this medical center include 24-hour emergency care, heart and vascular care, neurology andneurosurgery, rehabilitation services, and inpatient and outpatient surgery.
