Summary

Performs all activities related to the employment function using independent judgment in a strong team-based environment. Responsible for the recruitment and selection of all levels of Hospital employees. Coordinates the internal recruitment and selection process and develops and maintains the applicant tracking system.
Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Greater than five years of previous nursing recruitment, sourcing and interviewing experience in a Hospital setting.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc).
• Must be detail-oriented, and possess strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced professional environment and demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities.
• Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software.

Preferred Qualifications * Previous Human Resources generalist experience.

• Previous experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Prior affiliation and/or recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
