Summary
Performs all activities related to the employment function using independent judgment in a strong team-based environment. Responsible for the recruitment and selection of all levels of Hospital employees. Coordinates the internal recruitment and selection process and develops and maintains the applicant tracking system.
Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications * Previous Human Resources generalist experience.
