Responsibilities
Reporting to the Coordinator Networks and Administration, Information Technology Services, the Endpoint Specialist will:
· Manage and provide advanced technical support for end-user technology, including Office 365, Exchange, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft Intune, VOIP/Teams Phone, Teams, SharePoint.
· Configure and maintain print services, including setup and management of printers, print queues, and drivers
· Configure and maintain Google Management Tools.
· Managing user accounts and access and implementing endpoint security measures.
· Plan, design, implement and maintain the latest Microsoft End User computing technologies.
· Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of end-user technology and network infrastructure
· Document and track all incidents, and resolutions using the IT service management tool
· Accountable for recommending and implementing changes to improve the use, security, and stability of end-user technology, and participate in change management process
· Ensure adequate patching and reporting of vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner.
· Ensure all end-user assets are properly managed.
· Lead and participate in IT projects and initiatives related to end-user technology, device management, network infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum 3-year college diploma/university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· At least 2 years’ experience providing technical support for end-user technology.
· Experience with Azure Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) and Azure information Protection (AIP)
· Experience with Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Domain Services
· Experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI, SQL, SCCM, and developing reports.
· Experience with remote terminal services and VPN
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
· Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
Includes a comprehensive benefit plan. This is a full-time position, 35 hour per week in-person
position, with flexibility for work from home, and is part of the Board’s union-exempt Administrative Management Group.
