ASI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to provide strategic leadership to oversee our organization’s ongoing talent acquisition. You will be responsible for the efficient execution of the hiring process.

*Job Description*
The Senior Recruiter provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions in order to contribute to the goal of attracting and retaining the most qualified and productive employees to ASI’s Federal, Commercial, and State & Local customers. Builds partnerships with various levels of management with assigned departments to recruit the most qualified talent. Develops and implements recruiting strategies from both a tactical and strategic perspective. Utilizes the applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions. Uses established analytical techniques and good organizational skills to identify and develop approaches to resolving problems and demonstrate benefits to strategies. Acts as a lead consultant to the business about recruiting trends, specific business intelligence and various recruiting activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned hiring managers and business partners to assess current and future staffing needs and develop complementary recruitment strategies.
• Publicize job postings via the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leading job boards to generate inbound applicants.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates, past applicants and prospects via resume databases and social media to develop deeper candidate pipelines.
• Pre-qualify resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and present qualified applicants to assigned hiring managers for further consideration.
• Deliver frequent communication, provide feedback and deliver insights to assist hiring managers in the selection process while focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Actively contribute and participate in the continuous improvement processes, assisting with projects as requested.
• Support the Business Development Team in identification of Key Personnel for sales opportunities.
• Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, hiring target goals, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of high volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions with significant experience recruiting for positions at all levels in an organization.
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous Senior Level Information Technology recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with online and Internet recruiting a must.
