Job Summary

A successful Accounting Assistant at SST Group LLC contributes to the overall success of the Accounting Department with the following technical and interpersonal skills in addition to being a team player with a “can do” attitude.

Job Description including but not limited to:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks
• Record daily sales and cash application
• Maintain and track purchase order system
• Filing
• Manage Vendor Relationships
• File B&O/excise tax returns and make applicable journal entries
• Calculate and file quarterly taxes
• Other related duties and projects as assigned
• Human Resources and Benefits Administration

Experience and Skills Desired:

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite – Excel (Vlookups/pivot tables), Word
• QuickBooks Pro version 21.0
• Quick data entry and 10-key skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive, Organized & a Self-Starter
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling competing priorities
• Experience respecting and working within deadlines
• Capacity to learn and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience engaging with external suppliers
