SSI Hiring for Content Marketing Coordinator at Hudson, WI Full Time

Sourcing Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is looking for a multi-passionate Content Marketing Coordinator who enjoys mixing creativity with analytics to produce engaging and intentional content while ensuring projects are organized, accurate, and timely. You will work alongside our Brand Marketing Manager to execute ecommerce brand marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, websites, and more.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain accurate department documentation, financials, creative libraries, website, and catalogs
• Promptly and professionally communicate and facilitate marketing efforts with outside vendors
• Monitor reviews and feedback across all channels, respond and resolve issues from customers, and ensure inquiries are answered and passed to relevant departments
• Assemble, analyze, and monthly metrics for web, social, paid advertising, etc.
• Partner in creating inspiring and contemporary lifestyle renderings of RiverRidge® Home products
• Optimize keyword-rich product descriptions across various channels such as Amazon, Wayfair, and social
• Create relevant and engaging optimized content for web, social, email marketing, and blog posts
• Coordinate company product review program through catalog creation, communication, product procurement, and campaign measurement
• Coordinate organic marketing efforts to produce highly-optimized content for all marketing channels
• Research, onboard, fulfill, and maintain social influencer partnership campaigns
• Facilitate on-site photoshoots by ensuring accuracy and detail of products is properly depicted
• Partner in planning employee engagement and community events
• Other tasks as assigned by Brand Marketing Manager

Skills You Will Need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in editing and proofreading
• Ability to develop and manage effective brand campaigns across various platforms and channels
• Consistently organized with strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Self-starter and able to independently move multiple projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Resourceful, efficient, and results-driven
• Positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt and persevere in ambiguity

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related field
• 2-3 years’ work experience
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday in-person at our office in Hudson, WI
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Professional experience working in Canva (Adobe Cloud is a plus)
• Professional experience in Shopify (preferred, but not required)
