Overview
This position is a full-time exempt role that will support Multiple territories across the brand. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for executing all aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to employment advertising, coordinating with hiring managers to gain an understanding of departmental needs, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and performing interviews, reference checking, extending, and negotiating offers, and coordinating new employee start, s, and analysis. The emphasis of the Talent Acquisition Manager will be to create and communicate the overall company talent plan to senior leaders and assist with all facets of recruitment at varying levels. This position is a full-time exempt role that will support Multiple Brands across the SSCP organization.

Education & Experience
– Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
– Utilize recruiting software such as Lever, Workday, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
– Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
– Create job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
– Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
– Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
– Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
– Utilize cold calling techniques to proactively reach out to potential candidates
– Collaborate with HRIS systems such as Kronos or Workday to manage employee data and track recruitment metrics
– Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
– Familiarity with recruiting software such as Lever, Workday, or PeopleSoft
– Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent relationship management skills
