POSITION: Talent Acquisition Intern
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: London
REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Specialist
PURPOSE
Support the Talent Acquisition Team across corporate recruitment related tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the recruitment process. This will include, screening, shortlisting and telephone interviewing candidates as and when required.
- Post positions on TalentLink, LinkedIn and other websites where appropriate.
- Arrange interviews and support the coordination of assessment centres for Corporate positions.
- Coordinate University Events for LVMH Beauty UK
- Learn, develop and execute online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet-based resources, including LinkedIn
- Liaising with external agencies to schedule temporary staff for the business when required
- Working with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback
- Delivering constructive and on-time feedback to candidates
- Making the candidate experience enjoyable and positive regardless of the outcome
ADMINISTRATION
- Prepare Offer letters and Contracts for hires
- Ensure all relevant trackers are up to date and accurate
- Support on ad-hoc data tasks as required
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions, and writing compelling adverts
OTHER
- Support the HR & Talent Acquisition team on any project related work when required
- Supporting the HR team with delivering and coordinating Employee onboarding
- Utilise LinkedIn in to promote Employer branding initiatives for LVMH Beauty UK
- Managing stock for new starter packs

- Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity

- Good stakeholder management
- Passionate about LVMH and Beauty
- Ability to prioritize and cope well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
