S&S Jerseyland Dairy Hiring for Office Assistant Full Time

Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Monitoring emails
  • Sorting/monitoring mail
  • Greeting people at the front desk
  • Helping other employees
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Organizing
  • Assisting in other tasks as needed

Work Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • People oriented
  • Computer savvy or able to learn computer functions
  • Positive attitude

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
